At Latitude 64°, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your disc golf gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused discs or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
